The counter-notice must include the following, as specified by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3):

  1. Identification of Removed Material: A description of the material that was removed or disabled and its location on FaujiBand.com before it was removed.
  2. Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  3. Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., District Court for the Jaipur-India), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original takedown notice or their agent.
  5. Signature: A physical or electronic signature.

Submit your counter-notice to our designated Copyright Agent at copyright@FaujiBand.com or the mailing address provided above. Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, FaujiBand.com will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a lawsuit within 10-14 business days, FaujiBand.com may restore the removed content, as per 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(2).

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), FaujiBand.com maintains a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Users found to repeatedly post or host infringing content may have their access to FaujiBand.com suspended or terminated.
